I had web, visual design, and animation classes during my Bachelor's besides computer programming (Javascript, C#, PHP etc.).

I started my career in UI Design. As I went deep into UX Design every year, from wireframing and prototyping to learning and applying other UX research methodologies, I wanted to certify my UX skills. So, I conducted usability studies to research the effect of 2D & 3D UIs in Virtual Reality Environments (VREs) for my Master's thesis in 2019.

As a result of the experiences I gained since 2012, I became an advocator for good UX design, a researcher and an intersection point of cross-functional teams.

Senior UX Designer @ ZURU Tech Italy

Milan
Zuru Tech is the company that develops the first digital building construction system in the world. I'm part of the design team for the digital products.
Senior UI/UX Designer @ The Adecco Group
(Apr'21 – (Apr'22)
Berlin
The Adecco Group is the world’s leading talent advisory and solutions company. I designed UI/UX of the Adecco website and core mobile applications.
- I collaborated with the user researcher and improved assumption personas, their needs, and pain points by conducting user survey .
- I collaborated with the user researcher and improved our job search and application flows by conducting remote user testing.
- I collaborated with other designers to built up a consistent design system, interaction patterns by following our corporate identity guidelines.
- I documented design guidelines, and provided design implementation feedback to development teams in an Agile Environment.
- I took responsibility on task prioritizing, decision making and time management in collaboration with my manager.
UI/UX Designer @ DAC GmbH (Digital Access Control),

BerlinDAC GmbH acquired 1aim GmbH in May 2019. DAC GmbH is the daughter company of FSB GmbH (Franz Schneider Brakel).
I worked on digital access management systems that combine electrical devices with smartphones. Co-living or co-working spaces can share and manage access to any door through the website or app. So, guests or employees can access any door with a smartphone for a restricted time period.
I increased the success and ease-of-use rates, discoverability of main features, and customer satisfaction in collaboration with UI Designers, development teams, and stakeholders by implementing the tasks and methodologies below:
- I improved the overall UX from installation to final usage of the hardware products, mobile, and web applications by conducting usability testings and interviews.
- I simplified the complicated access sharing process of a door in both products by implementing Don Norman's Human-Centered Design process.
- I improved assumption personas, their needs, and pain points by conducting user and stakeholder interviews.
- I clarify the design solutions with the other team members by using methodologies like facilitating Design Sprints or User Story Mappings.
- I improved the IA(Information Architecture) by conducting an open card sorting study and by collaborating with the development teams.
- I documented Use Cases, Design Descriptions, and provided design implementation feedback to development teams in an Agile Environment.
- I provided feedback for implementation to development teams, including remote teams.
- I and external UI Designers built up a consistent visual language, atomic design elements, and interaction patterns.
- I took responsibility on task prioritizing, decision making and time management in collaboration with my manager.

My experience at Mobven was similar to the one at PRODYNA. Both companies have the same business model. My tasks and responsibilities were, therefore, the same at Mobven as well.
